No. Law Sarathi (also known as Law Sarthi / Kanoon Sarathi) is a tool for lawyers, not a replacement. Think of it as your AI junior — it assists with research, drafting, and analysis, but the legal judgment, court strategy, and client interaction remain with the advocate. We strongly advise all users to verify AI-generated outputs before using them in court.
Our AI is trained specifically on Indian legal corpus and court formats. Every draft includes source citations that you can verify. We achieve 94%+ accuracy on standard formats like bail applications, legal notices, and petitions. However, we always recommend reviewing and customizing the output for your specific case facts.
Absolutely. We take data privacy extremely seriously. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256). Hosted on Indian servers (AWS Mumbai). We are DPDPA compliant. We never train our AI on your case data. Files are auto-deleted after 30 days unless you choose to save them in your vault.
Yes! We have a comprehensive IPC ↔ BNS, CrPC ↔ BNSS, and Indian Evidence Act ↔ BSA cross-reference engine. You can search using either the old or new section numbers, and the AI will automatically show you the corresponding provisions, changes, and relevant case law under both frameworks.
